Compensation & Benefits
$120,000.00 to $200,000.00 annual income

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
Monitor sales performance, KPIs, closing ratios, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout every stage of the sales process.
Work closely with Finance & Insurance, Service, and Marketing departments to maximize sales opportunities.
Manage vehicle inventory, pricing strategy, merchandising, and inventory turn.
Conduct daily sales meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Maintain compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and applicable regulations.
Resolve customer concerns professionally while building long-term customer loyalty.
Foster a positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of automotive sales management experience, preferably in a luxury franchise dealership.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and profitability goals.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
Experience with dealership management systems and CRM platforms.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
