Job Overview
This position is for an experienced kitchen manager with all around kitchen skills. Position will work closely with Head Chef to lead a team of prep and grill cooks as they complete daily production & prep tasks. This position will require a flexible schedule to start. Part time position with some early AM shifts and some late morning through afternoon shifts. As the position matures a schedule will become more fixed.
Skill-set must will include:
- BBQ experience
- Line cook experience
- Cold prep knowledge
- Basic knife skills
- Ability to follow directions and read recipes
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Adherence to health and safety protocols
Experience and Requirements Needed:
- Catering or restaurant kitchen management experience of at least 1 year
- Line cook experience
- Cold Prep Skills Preferred
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
