Wireless Solutions First is seeking an AT&T Customer Associate to drive customer acquisitions, service enrollments, and sales growth. In this AT&T Customer Associate role, you will engage directly with customers, present AT&T’s telecommunications solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process.
As an AT&T Customer Associate , your primary focus is generating new business, recommending the right services, and delivering a strong customer experience that leads to long-term retention. Success in this AT&T Customer Associate role is measured by sales performance, customer satisfaction, and the ability to consistently meet or exceed targets.
AT&T Customer Associate Responsibilities
- Work with customers to promote and sell AT&T wireless services and bundled packages and plans
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to drive sales and upgrades
- Guide customers through the enrollment and sales process from start to finish
- Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and customer referrals
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Address questions or concerns to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
AT&T Customer Associate Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, or related role that involved customer interactions
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident, professional presence
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
