The Opportunity
We are seeking an Inspection Specialist responsible for conducting residential property inspections across approximately 800 homes in our New Braunfels and Seguin markets. This role plays a critical part in protecting property assets, documenting property conditions, identifying maintenance and safety concerns, and delivering clear, actionable repair recommendations that support efficient property management operations and informed owner decisions.
This is a dynamic position that requires strong organizational skills, professional communication, and the ability to manage inspection reporting accurately and efficiently within AppFolio and CRM platforms. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently both in the field and in an office environment.

*This role will require daily travel across our New Braunfels and Seguin territories and work in our New Braunfels office. A company vehicle will be available for use.*
Identify maintenance, safety, habitability, lease compliance, and deferred maintenance concerns
- Complete inspection documentation on the same day or by the next business day
Provide landlord-ready inspection notes, photos, and repair recommendations
Escalate urgent health, safety, habitability, or major maintenance concerns quickly
Help maintain consistent and accurate property condition records across the Texas portfolio
As needed, support Maintenance Coordinators with scheduling inspections with tenants, vendors, builders, and Maintenance Managers
Residential property inspection, maintenance, real estate, construction, or property management experience preferred
