Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team to work on restoration, remodel, and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have five (5) years of finish carpentry skills, knowledge of jobsite safety protocols, the ability to read blueprints, work in all phases of construction, must have attention to detail, be a team player, and self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE
Duties
· Primary duties (“must haves”) include:
o Cabinetry: Assemble, install, and adjust custom or prefabricated cabinets, vanities, and built-in shelving
o Millwork & Trim: Measure, cut, and install intricate finishes, including baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, and casing
o Fixture Installation: Hang, level and trim doors and windows
· “Nice to have” includes experience with wall, ceiling and roof framing, siding, decks, flooring, staircases, and handrails
· Perform calculations for material and supply requirements
· Experience with power and hand tools (supplied by company)
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter with at least 5 years of experience
· Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
· Understanding of general construction including building codes, trade sequencing, and best building practices
· MUST pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
· MUST have valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
· Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship in all aspects of work
· Ability to work with a team and communicate project requirements and progress clearly
· Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy materials
