This role would entail representing primarily sellers (but also buyers) in residential real estate transactions, as well as title work through our title company. Experience in real estate as well as title review needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experiences a residential real estate paralegal
- Must be able to work independently
- Have excellent customer-relation skills.
- Be able to handle a file from beginning to end.
- Attention to detail is an absolute must as is superior computer skills.
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree is required
