Mineral Springs is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN or LPN Unit Manager to join our nursing leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse leader to oversee the daily operations of an assigned unit while ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit
Supervising, mentoring, and supporting nursing staff
Ensuring quality resident care and regulatory compliance
Conducting resident assessments and participating in care plan development
Collaborating with physicians, therapists, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Monitoring clinical outcomes and implementing quality improvement initiatives
Assisting with admissions, discharges, and resident care coordination
Supporting infection prevention, risk management, and survey readiness
Promoting a positive work environment focused on teamwork and resident satisfaction
Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license in New Hampshire
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience required
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
