SPA BATH ATTENDANT

DUTIES:
Under general supervision of the Spa Manager and Assistant Spa Manager, employee will perform assigned duties. Spa attendant is a key position ensuring that the spa’s guest service standards are executed to the highest level by supporting the team of therapists, estheticians, cosmetologists, nail technicians, spa staff, and receptionists while executing the day to day general operational duties. Duties may include but are not limited to; filling baths, cleaning baths, assisting guests, opening procedures for spa to receive guests; closing procedures and prepare for next business day; ensure all areas of the spa are clean and orderly, replenish locker rooms, beverage areas. Assist in receiving orders and inventory counts. Sort and prepare laundry for service. Receive returned laundry and stock areas of the spa. Adhere to all protocols, procedures and policies at all times as directed. Will be cross trained for front desk including, answering the telephone; greeting the public; making spa reservations; receiving and referring visitor comments; dispenses information regarding services and procedures of the spa; Will processing fees for payments; computing and receiving payments. Maintains a clean, orderly work place, preforms related duties as required. Will assist with checking ph levels in the pool; ensuring that pool and fitness areas are clean and stocked with necessities. Provide coverage to pool and fitness areas when needed. Assisting guests between services; general cleaning of spa area; Will become familiar with product lines offered. Possess general knowledge of retail and services offered with the ability to assist guests with related questions. Become familiar with other departments of the park to assist guests with questions and promote other departments of Cacapon Resort State Park. Possess a knowledge of office methods and procedures, spelling and arithmetic, ability
to maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the public, ability to learn quickly and to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

WAGE RATE:
$12.00 plus Gratuity
