We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have everything they need for an enjoyable meal. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Shift flexibility; weekends and some holidays are required.
- Experience with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment.
- Sales skills to effectively promote menu items and enhance guest experience.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Proficiency in math for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
