We're looking for a compassionate, energetic Activity Assistant to help create meaningful experiences for our residents. From bingo and baking to outings, exercise programs, and special events, you'll play an important role in helping residents stay engaged, connected, and enjoying life every day.
Schedule
- Mostly Tuesdays and Thursdays- 3:30PM to 7:30PM
- Every 3rd Weekend
- Additional hours may be avaliable

What You'll Do
- Assist with planning and leading group and one-on-one activities
- Prepare and facilitate programs such as bingo, baking, games, exercise groups, crafts, music, and special events
- Encourage resident participation and provide support during activities
- Assist with community outings and special trips
- Work with residents living with dementia through engaging, person-centered activities
- Transport residents and assist with mobility as needed
- Collaborate with nursing and care staff to meet residents' social, emotional, and physical needs
- Document participation and communicate resident concerns appropriately
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Ability to lift, push, and assist residents as needed
- Previous experience in activities, healthcare, or customer service preferred but not required
- Must pass a criminal background check through the State of Minnesota
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
