Key Responsibilities:
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS PARTS SALES EXPERIENCE
Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and locating the right parts
Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, offering advice, and ensuring satisfaction
Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery
Requirements:
Previous experience in a parts department or Heavy truck/equipment environment is
preferred
Strong knowledge of Heavy truck and equipment parts and accessories
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
