The AT&T Sales Associate will lead sales conversations, help clients understand their options, and turn everyday wireless questions into smooth sales wins.
As a AT&T Sales Associate, our sales program develops your knowledge of AT&T's device trade-in programs, installment plans, and promotions that help Austin customers afford the latest smartphones. The AT&T Sales Associate will then connect with customers, learn about their mobile priorities, and present wireless options that deliver reliable coverage.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Associate
- Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs, then introduce AT&T cell phones, wireless devices, and home internet as tailored solutions.
- Recommend AT&T’s latest smartphones and internet plans based on needs, whether for streaming, remote work, or family connectivity.
- Explain the benefits of AT&T’s fiber internet and wireless devices in simple terms, focusing on reliability, speed, and affordability.
- Guide customers through the purchase and installation process, ensuring a smooth transition to their new AT&T services.
Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Associate
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in sales or customer support is a bonus, but not required.
- Strong skills with a talent for simplifying wireless plans and device benefits.
- Reliable follow‑through that strengthens customer trust and future sales potential.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
