CDL Class A Truck Driver – Intermodal

About the Role
We are hiring CDL Class A drivers for a dedicated, home daily account based out of Chicago, IL. This position offers daily home time with a drop-and-hook heavy night schedule, running lanes through Chicago, Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, and Indiana. Teams are welcome to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- Average weekly pay: $1,300–$1,400
- Base pay: $0.62 per mile, plus $20 load pay per load
- Night Differential: additional $0.06/mile
- Weekend Differential: additional $0.12/mile
- Additional pay available for various situations, case-by-case
- Home Daily
- Approx. 1,800 miles per week
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a CDL Class A commercial vehicle
- Transport freight according to scheduled delivery times
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and required documentation
- Follow all DOT safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Special Equipment: None required
- Endorsements: None required
- Shift: Night, with weekend work required
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Good safety record and responsible driving habits
- Must reside within 25 miles of Chicago, IL (60608)
