Member Duties : The VISTA Youth Leadership & Mentoring Program Coordinator will research and develop programs that help young people build confidence, leadership skills, positive relationships, and personal responsibility. The coordinator will also create resources to recruit, train, and support mentors in opioid prevention of best practices, educational workshops, and community partnerships that connect youth with guidance and opportunities. They will develop a tracking system to collect participation data, evaluate program outcomes to ensure youth receive consistent support in a safe, encouraging environment.
