We're looking for a Home Technology Consultant to support a growing Verizon Wireless campaign. In this full-time, in-person role, you'll meet with customers during scheduled home appointments to introduce Verizon Wireless products, smartphones, mobile technology, and wireless service plans. As a Home Technology Consultant, you'll educate customers on available options, answer questions, recommend solutions based on their communication needs, and assist interested customers with wireless enrollments, account setup, and device activation. You'll work alongside service technicians to provide a seamless customer experience while helping customers better understand their technology and connectivity options.
As a Home Technology Consultant, you'll educate customers on wireless technology, smartphones, mobile devices, connectivity solutions, and available service plans while helping interested customers complete new wireless enrollments and account setup.
Responsibilities of the Home Technology Consultant
- Meet with customers in person during scheduled home appointments to introduce Verizon Wireless smartphones, mobile devices, wireless plans, and current promotions.
- Educate customers on Verizon Wireless products, mobile technology, and available service options while recommending solutions based on their communication needs.
- Explain wireless plans, smartphone features, pricing, devices, and connectivity options in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
- Assist interested customers with Verizon Wireless enrollments, account setup, device activation, and account transfers.
- Answer customer questions, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver a positive customer experience throughout the enrollment process.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication, technology education, and exceptional customer service while achieving individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications of the Home Technology Consultant
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, technology support, or telecommunications is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person and educating them on wireless products, mobile devices, and technology solutions.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in technology, smartphones, wireless services, and customer-facing sales.
- Willingness to learn Verizon Wireless products, promotions, and service offerings through ongoing training.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
