What You'll Do
-
Install complete HVAC systems in residential and light commercial properties
-
Complete residential replacement and retrofit installations
-
Install HVAC equipment for new construction projects
-
Fabricate and install ductwork systems
-
Run refrigerant lines, flue piping, gas piping, and condensate drains
-
Wire and connect low-voltage controls and thermostats
-
Start up, test, and confirm proper system operation
-
Troubleshoot and resolve installation and startup issues in the field

Read and follow blueprints, plans, and job specifications
-
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
-
Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and team members
What You'll Bring
-
At least three years of HVAC installation experience preferred
-
Strong residential retrofit and replacement experience
-
New construction and light commercial experience is a plus
-
Ability to install furnaces, heat pumps, air-conditioning systems, mini splits, and air handlers

Working knowledge of duct design and airflow principles
-
Ability to independently troubleshoot installation and startup issues
-
Knowledge of HVAC codes, safety practices, and installation standards
-
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach
