About the Role
As a
Quotation Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping customers receive accurate, competitive, and timely quotations. Acting as a bridge between Sales, Engineering, and Production, you'll analyze project requirements, prepare detailed pricing proposals, and ensure every quotation reflects our commitment to quality and customer service.

What You'll Do
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for medical equipment projects
- Review customer specifications and interpret technical requirements
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, and Production to develop pricing and product solutions
- Analyze costs, product configurations, and manufacturing requirements
- Ensure quotations are completed accurately and within established deadlines
- Respond to quotation revisions and customer requests promptly
- Maintain organized records of pricing, proposals, and project documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve quotation processes and workflow efficiency
- Support the Sales team by providing product and pricing information
- Build strong working relationships across multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with technical information and product specifications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and collaborative approach to teamwork
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new products and processes
- Experience preparing quotations, estimating, customer service, manufacturing, or technical sales is considered an asset, but not required
