This position is in North Dakota and will require applicants to work in the state. The hours are flexible and we are willing to work with candidates on hours they're willing and able to work.
We are seeking a person/crew to aid in completing general laborer tasks, able to follow instructions on carpentry projects, simple plumbing tasks, running conduit, and potential light duty welding projects. Mechanic Skills a plus. They will be responsible for the general upkeep of property and maintenance of buildings as needed. More in-depth skills will be required on certain scheduled building projects. Must be self-motivated and capable to focus on the task at hand. Attributes needed for this position: a clean driving record, able to pass a drug test and continue to pass a drug test, a positive attitude, driver's license, reliable transportation, team player, and honest.
The start date is immediate.
Pay will vary depending on experience and skill. We will allow as much overtime as the candidate can handle as long as productivity remains high.
Housing will be provided at no cost, if needed. Private room, shared full kitchen, washer, and dryer, cable TV & internet. We cannot house spouses and/or families.
Benefits will be offered. (The same as our current staff.) Health insurance premium paid 100% by the company after 6months for employee and 50% for spouse and/or children at employee's discretion, Aflac at own expense, and a 6 months retention bonus of $500 for every 6 months worked.'
