Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and in-person visits to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking prospects, follow-ups, and closing deals efficiently using CRM software.
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales negotiations to secure high-value contracts and foster long-term partnerships.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers, maximizing revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team with inventory management, retail math calculations, and inventory control to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand.
- Deliver compelling public speaking presentations at trade shows, dealership events, or client meetings to promote products and services confidently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining positive relationships through excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a strong understanding of dealership environments preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to close high-end sales effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities that facilitate communication with diverse client bases.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and maintain an active sales pipeline efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software for tracking leads, managing contacts, and monitoring sales progress.
- Outstanding public speaking abilities for presentations and promotional events.
- Knowledge of outbound sales strategies including cold calling techniques and marketing integration.
- Customer service expertise combined with professional phone etiquette to build trust and rapport.
- Basic retail math skills along with inventory management experience to support sales activities seamlessly.
