What You’ll Do
- Conduct final and progress inspections on residential and commercial roofing projects.
- Verify installations meet manufacturer specifications, Florida building codes, and GreenTek Roofing quality standards.
- Inspect shingle, tile, metal, TPO, and other roofing systems for workmanship and compliance.
- Identify installation deficiencies, structural concerns, storm damage, or safety issues.
- Document findings with detailed notes and photographs.
- Coordinate corrective actions with project managers, supervisors, and crews.
- Find leaks and issues and correct immediately.
- Handle warranty inspections and claims.
- Ensure job sites remain clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant.
- Help maintain GreenTek’s reputation for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience inspecting or installing residential and/or commercial roofing systems.
- Knowledge of shingle, tile, metal, TPO, or flat roofing systems preferred.
- Ability to safely climb ladders and walk steep or flat roofs.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and inspection software to complete reports.
- The ability to have difficult conversations in a business professional way with customer regarding decisions based on warranties and leaks.
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards is a plus.
