Farmers Market Team Member – Bocadillos Foods

Are you energetic, reliable, and enjoy talking to people? We’re looking for someone to represent Bocadillos Foods at farmers markets and events while helping us create an amazing experience for customers and our community.
At Bocadillos, we make handmade empanadas inspired by Caribbean and Latin flavors, and our customers love supporting local businesses. We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, works well under pressure, and wants to grow with a company that is expanding.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down market tents, tables, signage, and equipment
- Sell and serve customers with a friendly attitude
- Explain products and engage with customers about our story and food
- Handle payments and keep lines moving efficiently
- Restock products and maintain organization throughout the event
- Help load/unload supplies and equipment
- Keep workstations clean and professional
- Represent the Bocadillos brand with energy and positivity
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing personality and comfortable talking to strangers
- driver license
- Reliable and punctual (markets start early)
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work outdoors
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Food service, retail, or market experience is a plus — but not required
- Team player with a positive attitude
