Responsibilities:
$500 sign on Bonus- No nights No weekends
Full time/Hybrid weekday position acting as Case Manager for assigned adults having IDD in a licensed day program under the 2390 regulations.
Job responsibilities include:

Provide supervision to staff in department

Ensure staff provide excellent support to the individuals in our programs. This includes ensuring their health, safety, and welfare to the highest degree.

Responsible for Program Specialist Duties as outlined in 2390 & 2380 regulations

Ensure agency policies, laws, and regulations are followed within the department.

Maintain ongoing communications with all team members in a positive and professional manner. This includes other departments within the agency, other agencies and caregivers, county, and state representatives.

Act as a positive role model, exhibiting conduct stated in agency guidelines.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria

Basic computer skills required
Specific Requirements and Preferences:

Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college or university in Special Education, Psychology, Public Health, Rehabilitation, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation, or other human service field and 1 year of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities OR

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Special Education, Psychology, Public Health, Rehabilitation, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation, or other human service field and 2 years of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities OR

Associate’s Degree or completion of a 2 year program from an accredited or university in Special Education, Psychology, Public Health, Rehabilitation, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation, or other human service field and 4 year of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities.
