What You’ll Do
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Health, and Financial Services products.
- Follow up on internet leads, referrals, and existing customer opportunities.
- Develop your own referral pipeline and prospecting strategies.
- Conduct phone and virtual appointments with prospective customers.
- Cross-sell existing customers to maximize household penetration.
- Maintain detailed records within our CRM system.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly production goals.
Compensation
Base Pay (Based on Experience)
- Entry-Level Licensed Producers: $20-$22/hour
- Experienced Insurance Producers (2+ years): $23-$24/hour
- Elite/Top-Producing Insurance Professionals: $25-$27+/hour
Plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.
Top performers who fully embrace the opportunity can realistically earn $75,000-$100,000+ annually, with exceptional producers earning significantly more.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and highly disciplined.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Competitive mindset with a proven history of achieving goals.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in insurance sales.
- Active Life & Health license.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience selling multiple insurance products.
