Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations through regular cleaning and sanitation
- Buss tables efficiently by clearing dishes and resetting tables promptly for new guests
- Support catering events by setting up, serving, and cleaning up after functions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently and maintain high standards of hygiene
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as restaurants or hotels is advantageous
- Willingness to learn new skills related to serving, bussing, and food industry standards
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
