Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Conduct routine floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance
- Carry out custodial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and disinfecting surfaces to promote a healthy environment
- Assist with minor maintenance duties such as repairing fixtures, painting walls, or replacing light bulbs to support overall facilities upkeep
- Ensure all cleaning and maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company policies
- Support industrial cleaning projects when needed, utilizing specialized equipment for deep cleans or large-scale sanitation efforts
- Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and report any facility issues or safety hazards promptly
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures for industrial cleaning environments
- Experience with general facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs and painting is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
