We are currently hiring Commercial Electricians for ongoing work across the valley, including a new project in Buckeye, AZ with opportunities to grow into Lead and Foreman roles based on field performance and production.
We are looking for electricians who can produce in the field, work safely, and take ownership of their work without constant supervision.
Position Levels & Expectations
Apprentices (AP3-AP4)
- Support installation, material handling, and basic tasks
- Work under supervision while developing trade skills
- Must show reliability, effort, and willingness to learn
Journeyman Electricians
- Run work independently from prints
- Install complete systems (conduit, panels, feeders, devices)
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain production
- Run work independently from prints

- Troubleshoot issues and maintain production
Leads / Foreman (3+ years of experience)
- Run crews and manage daily production
- Perform layout, plan work, and stay ahead of schedule
- Coordinate with GC, inspectors, and other trades
- Take ownership of safety, quality, and execution of work
Core Responsibilities (Based on Experience Level)
- Install, bend, support, and secure EMT and conduit systems
- Install and terminate panels, disconnects, transformers, feeders, branch circuits, lighting, and devices
- Build from prints: one-lines, panel schedules, and specs
- Troubleshoot and solve field issues
- Perform layout and plan work ahead (Lead/Foreman)
- Coordinate with field and office when needed
- Identify conflicts and push RFIs when needed
- Complete work clean, code-compliant, and on schedule
Core Technical Exposure (Mid-Level and Above)
- Commercial electrical distribution systems
- Transformer experience: Step-down voltage (e.g., 480V → 208/120V)
- Understanding power flow from (service → distribution → end use)
- Strong troubleshooting and field decision making
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to work safely in an active commercial jobsite environment
- Dependability, accountability, and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work throughout the valley
- Reliable transportation

- Multiple locations throughout the valley
- Upcoming project in Buckeye, AZ
- Candidates must be willing to work at various job locations depending on project needs and hours
- Project assignments will be based on experience, availability, and business needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $50.00 per hour
