Tempo by Hilton Mesa and The William Restaurant are seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven Barista to join our opening team. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and brings a bright, warm, and welcoming personality to every interaction.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve premium coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and quality.
- Welcome every guest with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine smile.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café environment.
- Educate guests on beverage offerings and make recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with restaurant and hotel team members to create an exceptional guest experience.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Assist with opening duties, inventory, and daily operational tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Previous barista experience is required.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Bright, positive, can-do attitude with exceptional customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
Schedule Requirements
- Must be available to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Flexibility to support business demands is highly preferred.
