Hot Cakes Molten Chocolate Cakery is a dessert restaurant and brand. We have two locations in Seattle, as well as a line of retail desserts and confections sold nationwide.

What we're looking for:
A full-time employee to lead FOH shifts at Ballard!
Night and weekend hours are a must.
We're looking for someone to join our positive, fun, and hard working team.
Job details:
As a shift lead, you will be responsible for managing shifts, making sure all employees get breaks at appropriate times, upholding quality standards, fielding customer service, and closing the store at the end of the night.
Your training would begin by learning all FOH positions. This includes running desserts, register, drinks, dishes, and line cook.
Job availability:
Part Time 30-35 hours/week
Requirements:
21 and over to be eligible for Class-12 Permit
Valid Food Handlers Permit
3+ years' experience in a restaurant
1+ years' experience in a leadership role
Barista experience a plus
Clean, organized, hardworking, problem solving, and detail oriented
A team player
Able to stay cool, calm, and collected in a fast-paced environment
What we offer:
$22.44/HR + Tips (Tips average $8-$12/hr)
