We are seeking dedicated and reliable On Lot Rental Cars Drivers and Cleaners to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the transportation and maintenance of rental vehicles on our lot, ensuring each vehicle is clean, presentable, and ready for customer use. Wages:
Rental Car Drivers $15.00 per hour
Rental Car Cleaners $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Safely drive rental vehicles to and from designated locations on the lot, ensuring timely availability for customers
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including interior vacuuming, exterior washing, and surface wiping
- Maintain cleanliness of the lot by performing janitorial duties and custodial tasks regularly
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently to ensure vehicles meet cleanliness standards
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks, including fluid checks and tire pressure adjustments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and courteously
- Follow safety protocols at all times during driving and cleaning activities
- Keep accurate records of vehicle conditions, cleaning schedules, and maintenance activities
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, janitorial work, custodial roles, or automotive detailing preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of car wash procedures, detailing techniques, and window tinting is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks that may require bending, lifting, or standing for extended periods
- Reliable work ethic with the ability to follow instructions accurately
