Now Hiring: Personal Care Aide / Med-Tech (3 PM-11 PM/11PM-7AM Shifts) We are currently seeking dependable and compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCA) / Medication Technicians to join our team for the 3 PM- 11 PM and 11PM-7AM shifts at our Personal Care Home. This position is responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities and administering medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policies. Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.)
- Administer medications as ordered and document appropriately
- Monitor residents for any changes in condition and report concerns to supervisors
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Follow all personal care home policies and state regulations
