Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

Appropriate N.J. Standard Teaching Certificate for subject matter in Grades 6-12 or K-12

Prior job experience required:

Ability and experience in working with students who have discipline problems

An awareness of behavior management techniques

Ability to establish good human relations

Ability to work constructively with parents and staff

Experience in working with young adults in a group setting

Required criminal history background check, physical, and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status. (CURRENT EMPLOYEES EXEMPT)
Salary: W.E.A. Contract Salary Guide $61,602.00 - $101,511.00
