Role Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere, with the option to work from our Orlando, FL office near the Mall at Millenia for those who prefer an in-office environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the company’s book of business by offering tailored insurance solutions to new and existing clients. Qualified leads, inbound calls, and proven sales scripts are provided to help agents maximize their success.
Compensation & Training
This is a commission-based opportunity with high earning potential. Top producers can earn $30,000+ per month. We provide free training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed from day one.
Preferred Responsibilities
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients’ needs
- Resolve client inquiries and provide ongoing support
- Expand business through networking and referrals
- Ensure compliance with insurance standards and regulations
- Track performance and identify areas for growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in insurance, sales, or customer service
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Active Life & Health Insurance License
Pay: $15,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
