Paramount Staffing is hiring Benefits Specialists to support Medicare members by providing exceptional customer service and healthcare benefit guidance. No insurance license is required — comprehensive training is provided to help you succeed.

- Training (First 6 Weeks): 100% onsite
- April–September: Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
- October–March: 100% onsite
- $21.50–$22.50 per hour

- Handle inbound calls from Medicare members.
- Provide assistance with healthcare benefits, eligibility, and billing questions.
- Educate members on Medicare plans, services, and available resources.
- Research and resolve member inquiries while providing excellent customer service.
- Document interactions accurately and follow company procedures.
- Learn Medicare products, systems, and processes.
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide compassionate support to an older Medicare population
Preferred:
- Healthcare, Medicare, insurance, or call center experience
- Life & Health Insurance License (not required)
