Ofshtein Law Firm is seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) to join our growing team.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 2 years of Personal Injury law experience REQUIRED
- Experience communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Proficient with computers and office software
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients professionally
- Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients
- Obtain and update case-related information
- Coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies
- Maintain accurate records and case notes
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the life of the case
Only candidates with at least 2 years of Personal Injury experience will be considered.
