Bloom Haven Enterprises is expanding our AT&T Fiber team in Odessa and is seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Client Enrollment Agent. This is a full-time, entry-level, commission-based sales opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in sales while working directly with customers in the community. If you are competitive, motivated by performance, and interested in developing real sales skills, this role is a strong starting point.
As a Client Enrollment Agent, you will meet with customers face-to-face to introduce AT&T Fiber services and generate new sales. Your ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and close sales will directly impact your success and earning potential.
What You Will Do:
- Speak with customers in person to generate new sales and enroll them in AT&T Fiber services
- Present product features and benefits while confidently closing sales
- Build strong customer relationships while driving sales results
- Meet and exceed weekly sales goals and performance targets
- Stay informed on AT&T promotions and service updates to support sales conversations
- Represent Bloom Haven Enterprises professionally while promoting sales growth
- Track daily sales activity and performance metrics
