Guest Experience & Floor Operations Manager – Children’s Museum

The Playground is a hands-on children’s museum where families come to explore, create, and connect through play. We are looking for a Guest Experience & Floor Operations Manager who can lead the museum floor while helping every child and parent feel welcomed, valued, and excited to visit.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activity on the museum floor to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- Lead and support staff during busy periods
- Engage with children and families to create a warm and memorable experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of play areas
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Coordinate staff breaks and floor coverage
- Address guest concerns professionally and positively
- Monitor supplies and assist with inventory needs
- Support daily operations and team communication
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and guest engagement skills
- Must genuinely enjoy interacting with children and families
- Leadership or supervisor experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and solution-oriented
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
- Weekend availability required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
