About the Position
This is not your traditional budtending position.
Miracle Greens operates with a small, high-performing team where each team member plays a direct role in the operation, organization, and success of the store. You are not here to simply Budtend, you are expected to take ownership of the shop during your shift.
This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative and thrives in an independent, high-responsibility environment.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Take full responsibility for store condition, flow, and organization
- Ensure displays are always stocked, clean, and visually dialed
- Take initiative to Identify and resolve issues in real time
- Actively monitor inventory throughout your shift
- Catch and report discrepancies immediately
- Maintain accurate, organized backstock
- Provide knowledgeable, professional guidance
- Deliver efficient, compliant transactions
- Stay up-to-date on products and offerings
- Manage your till with accuracy and accountability
- Complete drops correctly and resolve discrepancies
- Follow all OLCC regulations and internal procedures
- Maintain proper tagging, handling, and POS accuracy
Work Environment
- You will be expected to run the store independently during your shift
- There are no separate roles for inventory, merchandising, or cleaning
- Every team member contributes to all aspects of operations
Compensation & Perks
- $19/hr starting + tips
- $20/hr after 6-month probationary period
- Up to $21.50/hr based on tenure/performance
