Business Office Manager (BOM) Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the business office, including accounting, human resources, and administrative tasks
Develop and implement efficient office systems and procedures to maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality controls
Supervise and mentor a team of administrative staff to ensure excellent customer service and effective communication
Manage and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and other statistical data as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
Business Office Manager (BOM) Requirements:
Experience in skilled nursing/ long term care facility.
Working knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles, preferably in a healthcare setting to include Medicare, Medicaid and third-party billing.
Bachelor or Associate degree from accredited college with specialization in business or accounting is preferred
