REGIONAL IL CDL-A Driver (1099) – $0.75 CPM or 28-30% from Gross
Pay:
- $0.75 CPM or 28-30% of gross (you choose)
- 2,200-2,400 weekly average miles (depends on the drivers availability)
- $6,500-$7,500 weekly average gross (depends on the drivers availability)
- Earn over $70,000+ per year with consistent miles and frequent home time!
Bonuses and Accessorial Pay:
- Clean DOT inspections – $100–$500
- $1,000–$1,500 driver referral bonus
- Detention – $25/hr (starting after 3 hours; up to 4 hours paid)
- Layover – $100
Home Time:
- Home time is weekly for 34hrs reset (Saturday afternoon and Sunday) or 12/14 days out - 2 days off
OR
- 12 days on the road and 2 days at home (with 1–2 nights at home during the week as well)
Freight & Schedule:
50-mile radius from yard in Lake in the Hills, IL/WI to MI, IN, OH, MO and back
Palletized clean loads
3 round trips per week (or 6–7 loads) ~2,200-2,400 miles/week (350–500 miles/day)

Requirements:
- CDL-A with a minimum of 8 months of OTR, regional, or local experience
- Must be available to stay over the road for a minimum of 6 days per week
- Must be eligible to work as a 1099 contractor
- No DUIs
- No SAP
