We are a rapidly growing, high-volume commercial food manufacturing business looking for a powerhouse Lead Production Chef to drive our kitchen operations. If you are lightning-fast, physically strong, and know how to motivate a team to hit daily production targets, we want you on our line.
This is a unique and exciting time to join us: you will spend your first two months training and operating at our Chantilly facility, and then transition with us to our brand-new, state-of-the-art private commercial facility in Falls Church on West Broad Street!
What You’ll Do:
Lead the Line: Direct, train, and work alongside our kitchen team to ensure maximum efficiency and strict quality control.
High-Volume Production: Prepare, batch, and package our signature dips, hummus, and products at a fast, consistent pace.
Maintain Efficiency: Keep the workflow moving smoothly to meet daily market distribution and inventory demands.
Enforce Standards: Ensure the kitchen operates under strict health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
What We Are Looking For:
Speed & Stamina: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your efficiency.
Physical Capability: This is a hands-on, highly active role. You must be able to comfortably lift and move heavy ingredients/equipment (up to 50 lbs consistently).
Leadership Skills: Experience managing, commanding, or leading a kitchen team. You know how to keep morale high and the team focused.
Speaks spanish fluently.
Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and ready to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Flexibility: Must be able to commute to Chantilly for the first 2 months, and then smoothly transition to our permanent Falls Church location.
