This position will be responsible for the daily operation of the front desk and liaising with any area impacting guest service. Plans, directs and coordinates activities to ensure exceptional service is achieved. Exercises independent judgment and initiative in the course of carrying out overall responsibilities. Ensure that the level of customer service delivered to the guest is consistent with our Standards.
Candidate must possess at least 3 years of relevant front desk managerial experience. Excellent verbal and written English skills, interpersonal, communication, organizational, and computer skills. Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business demands including two overnight shifts and weekends. NYC Hotel experience preferred, Fire Safety Director certification is highly desirable.
