**Job Summary:**
As an Assistant Property Manager at FIP Property Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our properties. You will assist in overseeing property maintenance, leasing activities, administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in managing property maintenance tasks, coordinating repairs, and troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety standards are met.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests promptly and provide excellent customer service.
- Support property leasing efforts by showing units to potential tenants, processing applications, and executing lease agreements.
- Assist in administrative duties such as maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, lease agreements, and local laws.
- Familiarity with Real Estate administrative tasks, including using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and OneSite software.
- Knowledge of property leasing processes, contract management, sales techniques, and basic understanding of real estate law.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in property management or related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload efficiently, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management best practices is a plus.
