Comer & Cross Concrete Coatings is growing our Twin Cities sales team, and we're looking for competitive, motivated sales professionals who are ready to perform at a high level.

The Opportunity
This is a 100% commission sales position with uncapped earning potential.
There is no cold calling and no door knocking.
Our marketing and call center teams generate customer interest and schedule qualified homeowner appointments for you.
Your job is to show up prepared, build trust, understand what the homeowner needs, present the right solution, and close the sale.
We provide the opportunities. You focus on selling.
What You'll Do
- Run pre-set appointments with homeowners throughout the Twin Cities market
- Conduct professional in-home consultations
- Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate concrete coating solution
- Present product options, pricing and value clearly and confidently
- Build rapport and trust quickly
- Answer questions and overcome objections
- Confidently ask for the sale
- Follow a proven sales process
- Manage customer follow-up and your sales pipeline
- Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals

Compensation
This is a 100% commission position with no base salary.
First-year earning potential: $130,000–$150,000
Strong, high-performing representatives have the opportunity to earn $150,000–$200,000+ annually.
Commissions are uncapped.
This opportunity is best suited for someone who is motivated by performance and wants their income directly tied to their results.

Sales experience is preferred, particularly in:
- In-home sales
- Home improvement or remodeling
- Automotive sales
- Roofing
- Windows and doors
- Bath remodeling
- HVAC
- Flooring
- Solar
- New home sales
- High-ticket retail or consumer sales
- Other commission-driven sales environments
However, we're not hiring based on years of experience alone.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Twin Cities territory
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage a full appointment schedule
- Availability for daytime and evening appointments and rotating Saturdays
- Comfortable working in a 100% commission environment
- Available to begin virtual sales training August 24
