What You’ll Do
- Greet and consult with customers on vehicle needs
- Present repair recommendations and accurate estimates
- Coordinate with technicians and communicate updates
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Help meet and exceed shop performance goals
What You’ll Earn
- Base salary + commission structure
- Realistic earnings of $40,000–$70,000+

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic automotive knowledge or genuine interest in cars
- Prior sales or service advisor experience a plus
- Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
