Paige’s Rising Stars Learning Academy LLC is a nurturing and educational childcare center committed to providing a high-quality early learning environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. Position Overview:
We are currently hiring dedicated and reliable Teachers who are passionate about early childhood education. The ideal candidate will create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment that supports children’s growth and development.
Responsibilities:
· Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
· Ensure the health, safety, and emotional well-being of all children
· Provide nurturing care and individualized attention to each child
· Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom
· Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and staff
· Observe and document children’s progress and developmental milestones
· Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED (required)
· CPR and First Aid Certification (required)
· Some experience working with children in a licensed childcare or early education setting OR /or and CDA (Child Development Associate) credential
· Ability to pass background and fingerprint checks in MS along with form 121
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Dependable and enthusiastic about working with young children
