JOB The Town of Breckenridge Public Works Department is seeking a dedicated and customer service-oriented individual for the position of
Senior Streets Operator. Individuals in this position are responsible for performing the duties of the Streets & Parks Division, including the areas of pavement maintenance, street & sidewalk construction, alleys, bridges, rights-of-way, snow & ice removal, drainage facilities including ditches, street signage and specific infrastructure relating to the Town of Breckenridge.
Additionally, individuals in this position must have the technical ability to run any given piece of equipment operated by the Streets & Park division, thus having the ability to function as shift leader during the Winter season. The individual in this position also needs to be able to operate and maintain heavy and light street maintenance equipment, and have a general knowledge of the MUTCD manual and how it is related to the Town's right-of-ways. Hiring Pay Range: $27.50 - $33.06 per hour, or $57,200 - $68,764 if annualized.
Full Pay Range: $27.50 - $38.62 per hour, or $57,200 - $80,329.60 if annualized.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Must be able to work four 10hr shifts or five 8hr shifts a week that may include swings and/or nights. Some on call may be required depending on the needs of the organization.
