EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Two to four (2-4) years' experience in a Call Center/Customer Service environment required; previous lead experience preferred.
- Experience in successful conflict resolution preferred.
