Maintain general cleanliness of the packaging area, including detailing machines, cleaning floors, scrubbing conveyors, and assisting during CIP.

Work within established Standard Operating Procedures.

Organize, consolidate, set up, and tear down packaging equipment.

Learn all stations on both canning and bottling lines.

Lift, stack, and palletize 34 lb. boxes as needed.

Safely work in close quarters around packaging equipment and conveyors.

Perform accurate data record keeping, including downtime, package counts, lot numbers, and other required documentation.

Facilitate empty containers through the filling process.
-
Facilitate full containers through the packaging process.
-
Tow-motor finished pallets of containers into the cooler.

Assist in assembly of variety 12-packs (bottles or cans).

Hand-feed containers onto the conveyor to consistently supply the filler with empty containers.

Stuff carriers into case boxes while operating machinery that opens/erects carriers.

Operate 24- and 12-pack erectors and drop packers, ensuring smooth in-feed and out-feed conveyor flow.

Operate case sealers while maintaining clear in-feed and out-feed conveyor paths.

Manually shrink-wrap pallets, apply labels, and position pallets for tow-motor pickup.
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.

Willingness to stay productive during downtime.

Ability to function well in a team environment.

Ability to take direction from Operator, Back-Up Operator, and Supervisor.

Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours as needed.

Must be able to reach, bend, stand, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
Tow-motor certification.
