Kysor Warren is looking for a skilled Electrical Hook-Up Specialist to wire and assemble commercial refrigeration racks with precision and quality. What You’ll Do
- Wire refrigeration racks according to shop orders and customer specifications
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, work orders, and bills of materials
- Apply basic electrical concepts to ensure accurate and safe wiring
- Install electrical components, including solenoids, using proper tools and techniques
- Identify wire sizes, types, and components with confidence
- Work independently while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards
What You Need to Bring
Required:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum 12 months of electrical experience (industrial, HVAC, automotive, military, or related fields all count)
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, reach overhead, bend, twist, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with required PPE
- Ability to work extended hours when needed (up to 12 hours/day, 7 days/week during peak demand)
