We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Special Education Teacher to support students in Grades 6-8. Weare looking for a collaborative educator who is committed to individualized instruction, data-driven practices, andfostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. This position specifically would focus on the following: - Math Instruction: Develop and deliver highly differentiated, data-driven math instruction (grades 6-8) inpull-out and co-taught inclusion settings.- IEP & Data Management: Serve as the special education liaison for students on their caseload, whichwould include writing and implementing IEPs with measurable academic and functional goals andrigorously tracking and reporting on student progress.- Social-Emotional Learning (SEL): Implement SEL instruction and function-based behavioral interventionsto foster self-regulation, coping skills, and a positive, inclusive classroom culture.- Collaboration: Collaborate/consult with faculty and staff to ensure students are receiving an appropriateeducation in the least restrictive environment and with accommodations as outlined in their IEP.
